Is Pokhara safe for women?

It is a very cute city and vibrant, mixing a country ambient with all the modernities. If your accomodation is by the lakeside, the most touristic zone, you Will have plenty of restaurants. But I prefer not so crowded places to sleep, so I stayed in Sedi Village, 15 minutes from lakeside. It was like to have everything: to live in a quiet mountain and have all the amenities close.
