Is Grimstad safe for solo female travelers?

It’s a small city with low crime levels. I have never personally experienced sexual harassment here, but I have friends who have experienced it on the public transport. The main city is however very small, and is good for walking and biking. It’s also not too dangerous to walk around after dark. Pocket stealing happens extremely rarely, and it’s also common for parents to leave their children sleeping in strollers outside their homes and cafés during the day.
