I have been living in Mosta for two years. Locals are kind and warm, ready to provide information. I never felt unsafe whether the streets were crowded or empty, during the day or at night. Lots of CCTV, local police is present for bigger events like the village feast. People sometimes drive a bit fast on the larger roads in the outskirts of the city which can be poorly lit at night.
