Moderately safe especially if you're in a busy area, but cat call and verbal harassment can happen a lot for women walking on the street. When it's night and the street is still busy it's relatively safe. But when it turn into midnight and the street is quiet be careful! I wouldn't recommend walking alone in this situation.

avoid quiet streets or men gathered together with some noisy motorcycle (they're not dangerous but just in case). be careful in terminals and stations especially in terminals prone to pickpocketing. be safe guys
Posted: June 15, 2025Surabaya is a city number 2 after jakarta our capital You can find lot of mall here and the lamp in every street mostly it's a worker place and 9am or 5pm the traffic just.... You know what i mean But its good to stay here u can get anything u want
