Cuiabá is a Town of the State of Mato Grosso in Brasil. It’s a nice place to visit, do hiking, randoms and know a lot of nature. It’s not dangerous, but it’s not the safest place in the world. So always have attention with your things. Ask people for help if you need. They are very hospitable.

Cuiabá is generally safe, be careful only after 11:00 at night, don't walk alone. You can walk anywhere during the day peacefully. The nearby tourist attractions are also quite peaceful. Depending on the place, it may not be safe to walk around talking on your cell phone.
