Being honest: 35, live in London, travel back to Spain frequently to visit friends and family, but my favorite thing in the last 5 years has become travelling everywhere possible!! I felt safe with my family of 2 kids and my parents. It wasn't too hot in July but it was extremely crowded. I can believe that there's a lot of pickpocketing in the metro so I recommend being very cautious of that. Amazing city overall.
