Hi! I'm Marlena, I'm 21 years old this year. I would describe myself as an open, positive person. I love life and I genuinely love people! I think my biggest passion is sitting at cafes, gossiping and people watching :) On a more serious note, I adore travelling, meeting the locals and exploring places I've never been to. I'm also in my second year of med school and I'm currently writing 2 reaserch papers about the influence of being a succesful woman on dating opportunities. I also have a beatiful 3 year old Australian shepherd :)

Hi! My name’s Magdalena/ Maddie. For the past few years i’ve been an au pair to help families with their kiddos in different countries. I’m responsible, tidy and organized, I also like to think I’m easy going (although shy) and have a good sense of humor :) I love traveling, amusement parks, museums, watching movies, reading, cycling or exploring new places on foot.

I’m Darya, a freelance web designer and lifestyle blogger who’s happiest with a backpack and a one-way ticket. ✈️ I’ve hitchhiked across Europe, moved abroad, and now call Poland home with my husband. Travel for me is about slow living — finding cozy corners, local food, and authentic experiences instead of rushing through checklists. I love budget-friendly adventures that still feel comfortable and inspiring. Wherever I go, I’m always searching for stories worth sharing and memories that last.
I was at Gdańsk with my boyfriend. We spend great time walking through the center. We were at the mall, bought few things. In the end we went to play pool. Gdańsk have one in center. By the time we ate some delicious food so I deffinetly recommend Gdańsk. There is also a beautiful beach nearby!
Posted: August 1, 2025I lived in Warsaw, Poland for 1 year and had the opportunity to visit many cities. Gdansk is a city by the sea among the Polish cities. The city is very beautiful, especially if you like the structure of the cities in Northern Europe and the old towns. Compared to other European cities, Londonia is cheaper. The currency is Zloty and it is a cheaper city than the capital Warsaw. But I went there with a friend in December and it was incredibly cold. Since it is by the sea, the wind coming from the sea increases the coldness felt incredibly. I have also seen this city in the summer. I definitely recommend you to go there. There will be many activities to do and it will be easier to travel. The people seemed a bit cold to me. Apart from that, we stayed in an Airbnb 15 minutes away from the city center and unfortunately I was not very pleased. Apart from that, Poland is very nice. It is a safe country. I feel safer than I have ever felt in my life. I love it so much with everything. So definitely go there, but I recommend you choose it in the summer.
