About me

Hiii! I'm extremely bad when it comes to the "about me" section 😄 Recently I've been trying to motivate myself to travel and meet new people. I find it a little bit difficult. For almost 2 years I've been working in a TV corporation and I feel my life sparkle is disappearing. That's why I'm pushing to refind excitement in my life. I would love to meet some amazing people here, exchange experiences or just have a good time

About me

Hi! My name is Magdalena, I'm a 19 years old psychology student living in Poznan, Poland 🇵🇱 (a 500k city in the western part of the country). I love travelling across the world, discovering new places and learning about different cultures, preferably while meeting great people and making memories that will stay with me for a long time😊 I'm usually a very active type of traveller - I'm always down for walking tours and sports activities, but also visiting art galleries/ museums to learn about the history of the place that I'm visiting.🎨 I'm more than happy to give advice for anyone who would like to travel to Poland, since I've been in almost every major city, so feel free to ask for anything! ❣ I'm not always available for hosting, but I'm happy to share some space and spend some time together if you ask in advance. About me

Hi! I'm Oriana — originally from Romania, and I've been living in Poland for the past 3 years. I don’t speak Polish fluently yet, but I understand a little (around A1 level – yes, very basic, I know 😂). I’m happy to host you, or show you around or explore together. While I’m not into nightlife that much, I don’t know the trendiest bars or clubs, but I have both Polish and international friends who can help with great local tips. 😌 If you have any questions, feel free to ask! 😊 PS: My cat is not living with me. ❤️ #Erasmus Alumni 🌎 #Alumni YouthPass Program

Is Poland safe for female travelers?

Warsaw, Solo travel

Warsaw is one of the calmest capital i have ever been. Felt so safe. It’s not that much expensive as well. People are friendly and public transportation is also cheap as compared to other European countries.

Zakopane, Family travel

My third time in Zakopane - this time with my mom and more for mountains, less for rest. My legs were dead after 6 hours in Hala Gąsienicowa and even more after Dolina Kościeliska. Weather was amazing, lots of people but still comfortable. Food soooo good! I mostly tried polish foods - żurek in bread recommended! My mom loved pierogi (without an s!) If you're looking for hotel there, I can send you a link for Booking.com as I don't remember the name now. We had amazing view for Giewont, balcony and peace for a really low price (Almost nothing!)
