About me

I am Argentine, I am 27 years old and I currently lived in Norway, I am an Aupair here. I want to take advantage of my year in Europe to travel and discover new cultures. I am a very active person, I like to walk and learn new things all the time, I really enjoy learning about other cultures and religions. I love to eat and try new things, also cooking. I am very sociable and it is difficult for me to be quiet. I like music, reading, doing sports and going out for a glass of wine or a beer in a house is also good for me.

About me

I am an active person who loves to explore and experience new things. I enjoy nature and hiking - as well as nights out with good food a drinks. I prefer exploring new places and seeing monuments rather than just sunbathing all day, although I sometimes just wanna do exactly that too. I work for a tech company at the moment, but are changing jobs to a fashion company soon - I am very into fashion so I’m very excited. I love in Oslo (Norway), but have lived both in the UK and Netherlands for several years too. I’m neat, tidy and can be very quiet ☺️

Local experience

Most foreign visitors find Norway expensive, especially when it comes to beer. Our laws prohibit alcohol marketing, including information about happy hours and specials. You should always ask if there are any specials when visiting bars. Currently (April 2024) you can buy cheap beer the following places: 1. Los Tacos (all locations) NOK 55 for 0,4liter from opening until 9pm. 2. Døner bros NOK 49 for 0,4 liter all day. 3. Thorvalds NOK 72 for 0,4 liter until 8pm. 4. Radio Løkka NOK 180 for 3 units until 8pm. 5. No name bar NOK 50 and 2 for 1 offers on wine, aperol spritz, shots. Different offers every day. 6. No Stress 2 for 1 every Friday until 6pm. Entire menu valid. NOK 93 for 0,4 liter

Solo travel experience

Solo female traveling in oslo. Always felt super safe even at night. Highly recommand taking a walking tour as it is an easy to make travel buddies. During the summer, I enjoyed taking the waterbus to visit the islands of the Oslofjord. It's an inexpensive lovely day trip especially for spending the day at the beach.

Solo travel experience

I didn't always feel safe in Oslo but I felt safer than in Romania . There's a card you can buy to travel in different zones of Oslo , there's an app too I think. Good food and drinks at Vulkan and cafés on Akerbrygge. Deichman biblioteks should be on your list too. Norwegians are friendly, nice people and their smile makes you remember them.
