Is Aussersihl safe for women?
By day it is very safe (you can even leave your things unattended for a moment). By night I would avoid Langstrasse and some areas near the station if you’re alone (especially as a woman) but in groups it’s mostly ok. Sometimes bikes are stolen but we don’t experience much other crime :)
