I went with my dad to visit the IKEA museum and we stayed for 2 nights, spontaneously got to see a midsummer festival up the road from a cute little yellow hotel/bib style place, the host showed us a place we could bike to swim at the lake. The IKEA museum is a must totally blew me away on how good it was my expectations were low but it was such a cool experience, it’s so much fun and would be good for kids too! and the meatballs were even better than the ones at my hometown IKEA in California....

Älmhult is a very safe small town. The people are very friendly and nice. A lot of families and seniors from different countries. Loads of open streets and stores. Basically no crimes. Well lit up in most places.
