Is Oviedo worth visiting?

Is Oviedo safe for women?

Oviedo is a very safe city overall, I quite enjoy partying and I can say that there has never been any instances where I have fear for my safety. Walking and night is pretty much safe even on the weekends. I particularly don't do it just because I'm usually pretty beat after partying and wearing heels but I have a handful of friends who almost always walk home after going out, some of them even wearing headphones just fine. I have mainly talked about partying just because it's at night usually where things get dangerous but of course walking around the city in daylight it's even safer. The only thing I would say it's that there are definitely parts of the city that are less safe than others. Even these streets are safer than most big city streets but since these streets are in the outerskirts of the city and there's nothing to see there I think it's just more comfortable to just avoid them and stick to the city center.
