I go to the Hogueras de San Juan every year with my family and we haven't had any major issues since we started going like 8 years ago. We usually stay in El Campello and go to the center via tram up to Mercado, but if you choose this option be careful when going back to your hotel, at certain hours there's just too much people and it's better to go back before or, if there are trams until late, come back way later

I went to Alicante. And joined a spanish course for a week. I found it to be really safe, easy to find places with google maps. My first 3 days I was alone, then I meet 3 ladies during the trip that were doing the course. Ppl were friendly and patient. Nice musea & sights.

Alicante it's a very nice place, you've got the beach, the castle, some landmarks like Luceros. Like every place maybe you'd end up having a btter experience avoiding some places at night but overall it's a pretty save city with a lot to show

Soy chilena y estoy hace un año en Alicante. Me gusta pasear por la ciudad, quedar en bares y hablar otros idiomas y conocer nuevas culturas. Me gusta mucho viajar, conozco muchos países y quiero seguir viajando. Te puedo enseñar la ciudad si quieres!
