Incheon city is 3rd biggest city in South Korea. Urbanistic and industrial. CCTVs are almost everywhere. It is very safe. I've been living here for 7 years. And have never experienced or heard about pickpocketing, crimes against travelers or such. It is very safe in crowded places and at night as well. Public transport is in time and clean. Traffic is fine. Very low cars accidents rate. But please cross the roads using crosswalks and follow green light only.

I've been living here for almost 2 years and the city has been very safe so far. I haven't faced any dangerous or unpleasant situations here. I return home late sometimes, but never feel unsafe or on guard
