As a city girl, Dumaguete did not feel like a big busy city at all! - There are no taxis but everything is close enough by trike which you can access through Grab app. - As the “city of gentle people” I felt safe from the airport to my hostel thanks to the airport officials and hostel staff. - I wasn’t harassed even by myself!
