Actually it's a very quiet town, nearby the capital. 
In this case, usually it's not overcrowded, and when it comes to the daytime, it's pretty safe and calm. 
But I wouldn't recommend going somewhere at night, since we don't have lights all over across the city (they are turned off at night)
