Is zugdidi Safe for Solo Female Travelers?

Zugdidi is safe, I've never felt threatened or unsafe while walking around (during the day). However, men here do stare a bit more than they do in other parts of Georgia, like Tbilisi. I've yet to be catcalled but the staring does feel a bit more noticeable.
