I spent 2 weeks in Hoi An, stayed at a lovely host, biked around the city at all times. There are plenty of great coffee spots, quiet places to relax and really nice beaches! I also made 3 dresses for myself in one of their traditional workshops for a very food price considering the materials quality. Hoi An is so beautiful at night, I went to see the lanterna multiple times and there ia also a food fair next to the river, so you’re never going home with an empty stomach. Also, I went for a massage and it was really good. People are warm and friendlt, not everyone speaks English but you’ll get along. Pay attention to the people who invite you to take photos of the buffalos, they will ask for money afterwards.
