This year , I've flown to Phu Quoc Island in Vietnam twice solo, and here's what you should definitely see in Vietnam. 1 - This is a large-scale and technologically advanced show in the south of the island at Sunset Town, where you'll witness water jets, fire shows, hundreds of dancers, and stilted performers, all of which are visually stunning and powerful, culminating in a magnificent fireworks display. This is the Kiss of the Sea show. 2 - this is a place on the island where you can hand-feed giraffes, admire cute otters, and ride a bus among lions and zebras, as if you were in their natural habitat. This is the Safari in Phu Quoc. 3. These are authentic coffee shops in Phu Quoc with delicious coffee, especially the Salted coffee (Ca phe muoi in Vietnamese), which is absolutely amazing. I even took a recipe from a Vietnamese man and filmed it, but I haven't been able to achieve the same texture as in the coffee shop. My top choice is the cozy Coffee Hoa Hong (near Ong Lang). 4. The beach is filled with sea stars, which I've never seen up close before. I even touched their small legs, and it was incredibly cute. This is Starfish Beach. 5. A place where you can see the entire process of creating pearl jewelry, from opening the shell to the finished product. I was particularly impressed by their coral sculptures, which I had not expected to see. These are pearl farms, such as Ngoc Hien Pearl Farm. 6. The largest Buddhist temple on the island, located on a mountain with panoramic views of the sea. The monks here must have been good people in their previous lives, as this is truly a paradise. Here you can admire numerous statues and relics, as well as the traditional Vietnamese architecture of the Ly and Tran dynasties. This is the Ho Huoc Temple. Recommend PhuQuoc! :)

My boyfriend and i went there in the rainy season and we don't recommand. The island has a lot of potentiel but during the dry season to enjoy the beautiful beaches. For us it was rainy and windy, so the beaches were chaotic. We had one sunny day and we spend it in the aquatic park at the end of the cable car. It was super nice. Also, impressive to see the europeen influence on Vietnam's culture in the main town, otherwise ghost island nothing is going on there..
