I visited Marbella for my summer vacation and I was pleased with the beach as well as how safe I felt I really thought that because the city was considered a party area. I would sort of have to keep myself safe, but everyone there is actually really friendly and I love to see the differences between the cultures from the US I’ve also traveled to 14 other countries and Spain to me was a favorite. I definitely ended up going back and the hotel was right in the center of the sort of the hotspot and I really enjoyed the walking distance. It was a surprise to me that the hotel was actually around two times cheaper than the ones around however it was newly renovated and I think that’s why it was cheaper because it didn’t get much traction yet and I am also happy to talk about any topics or just go out together but I also don’t mind staying in unless that’s how I usually travel and that’s how Marbella was for me

I went solo with my son to Marbella. The hotel we stayed in was great for children with waterslides, a big and shallow kids pool. We went to a safari park and walked around Marbella. I felt safe with my son there, and also felt extra vigilant because of having my young child there, unnecessarily so as it was very safe feeling there
