I’m a 29-year-old Slovenian girl who loves to travel, going to concerts and meeting new people. I am a social worker and I lead a LGBT+ NGO in Ljubljana. I used to Couchsurf a lot (you can still find my profile there) and I’ve recently discovered this app. If you’re an open-inded and tidy person we’ll probably click. 😀

Hello, I’m Nina from Slovenia! A bit about me: I come from a big family with four siblings and a lot of cousins, which means I’ve always been surrounded by people. I’ve lived in several countries, including Sweden, the Netherlands, and France (I was au-pair), which has sparked my love for travel and exploring new places. I’m very flexible, organized, active, and hardworking. I’m also a big fan of nature, sports, and spending quality time with friends. Cooking and baking are some of my favorite things to do, and I enjoy learning about new cultures through food. So I would love for you to experience my country. There's so much to see here, from the beautiful landscapes to the rich culture, and I truly believe you would enjoy it. If you're ever interested in visiting, I would be more than happy to be your guide. I'd love to show you around, introduce you to local spots, and make sure you get the most out of your time here.

I’m 25 years old, a young and reflexive explorer and often solo traveler open and curious to meet new various people. I like to discuss politics, but not just current events but more importantly how people experience political life and society in their everyday life. And especially when talking to women I like to share experiences of how it is to be a woman in this society. I believe there is more feminism work to be done, again and again 💪🏻. I also like small talking I’m not just a nerd ☺️. I like to walk, dance and spend time in nature, do yoga and go to parties with good music (techno, rock, synth and 80s pop). I love to discover the music and the food of the country that I’m visiting 🌸.

Hey, my name is Naja and I am exploring my life in dephts (love to talk about personal growth and the way I expirence the life I have on Earth). I am friendly, communicative, funny and like to hold space for people who need to express their emotions. At the moment I work in pharmacy, but seeking to start something on my own. I love to dance and work out. I am freshly single and expirencing life on my own for the first time (been in a relatinoships since 16 yo). This drives me to explore world even more and for the first time I feel call to travel - on my own (it scares me, but on the other hand I am excited)! Music I like to listen: organic rhytms, progressive melodic, tehno melodic, electronic, psytrance. I also have a pet - very furry cat named Kitty (or miss Francl) - depends on the mood. I am seeking to meet new people, to expirence and taste the world on my own. Love to chat with you :).

I love the feeling traveling gives me. How free and expandable you feel. The love each person and a place can offer.

I'm Julia and I come from Poland, but I'm currently doing an Erasmus Internship in Ljubljana. I'm a theoretical physics student, planning to be a scientist. I love broadly understood culture - from reading books, through movies and tv shows, to theatre and music. That's why I love traveling so much, as it is a great opportunity to experience different cultures.

We felt really safe. We stayed each day in a different accommodation and without fail everyone was very nice and helpful. I recommend checking out the capital, it's really charming and easy to check out as it is pretty small compared to other European capitals. And of course there's Bled, which is breathtaking. I highly recommend 3-4 days in the area of the national park, there's just so many beautiful things to see and so many fun things to do. Piran is another beauty of Slovenia I wouldn't mind visiting again! As for transportation, each time I visited the country it was always by car. It is very easy to get around by cars. I'd however recommend planning beforehand and booking the accomodations in advance. It was hard to find something for the same night especially around the national park area.
Posted: September 11, 2024Experienced: June, 2022I spend an amazing week in Ljubljana, Slovenia with my friends. We explored the city, went to some bars, climbed to the castle. The atmosphere in the city is really cozy, it feels like a smaller version of Vienna:) People are super friendly, almost everyone knows English. I felt rather safe but I think it was also because I was never alone. So that might depend on if you're a solo traveler. Overall I really enjoyed the trip and definitely recommend visiting Ljubljana!

Helloo! I am Soujanya. I am a Masters student in Budapest who’s really trying hard to add more countries to my list of countries traveled in 2025 haha. I like meeting new people, knowing that we are all the same regardless of where we are from. I read a lot, love museums, and history. I could host people once/twice a month in Budapest, hoping you could host me in your countries as exchange! 🫶💖💖
