Hello, my name is Dunja( Quince). I am finishing my studies on fashion design, but on the side I study languages(italian and spanish) and enjoy nature, meeting new people and sharing stories. Or maybe it's better to say, on the side I study fashion design XD. I like making diy stuff, nothing in particular, just handy work. Is Belgrade safe for female travelers?

During my stay at Belgrade I felt safe. I met really kind and interesting people. Serbs love dogs, I saw them everywhere. Public transport is free now, so we drove everywhere. I slept at Different Belgrade camping, about 15 km from the city centre. If you're vegan like me, you can easily find Asian vegan options.

I felt safe walking even at night as a woman. There were many young women who were around my age, on a walk with their friends, pets etc at night and at parks. The cuisine is usually a mix of Ottoman and Italian, not very diverse as a Turkish person. The people were usually kind! My wallet got stolen at Trg Slavija Mc Donald’s tho, I don’t recommend wearing backpacks. The city is small, walkable distance.
