Is Bandung worth visiting?

Solo travel

* I did have to be cautious when walking around, especially because I travelled alone. I had to ensure I locked the hotel doors properly. But, overall, I felt pretty safe. * I’d recommend going to Braga and trying out different kinds of foods there. If you can, rent a car/motorcycle to go around the city, as it’s not very walkable. * None, to be quite honest, I wasn’t able to explore the restaurants properly. But, as I went to the city, it’d probably taste quite the same everywhere. But I did ate at Tjuankie Stasion twice, but it was probably because I like soup-based food a lot and it was close to the hotel. * I budgeted around Rp3.000.000 for 3 nights, and ended up spending around Rp2.700.000. * I stayed in Hotel Citradream Bandung. I liked that it was close to the train station, and that it provided breakfast. Also, the room service is a good option if you don’t feel like walking around. * Mainly, if I was able to, I walked. But a lot of the times I ended up using Grab/Gojek because it wasn’t very walkable. * I went to Braga: visited Sumber Hidangan, did a self-portrait shoot, ate lunch in one of the restaurants (not local). I also went to Bakmie Tjo Kin and walked to Gedung Sate—though I ended up not going in because it was crowded at the front.
