Great countey but quite expensive. The food was good, especially a Finnish restaurant in Helsinki called Zetor which had great food. Helsinki is a quiet city with not much to do, but Oulo was great. The people are friendly and it is a very safe country

Finland is very safe overall. Cars and trams will stop for you to cross the streets. I've felt safe traveling alone. There are lights in the forest until 10pm (in the winter). For traveling I'd recommend using omnibus, it's cheaper than the trains. The food is not bad, just tasteless. But I'd definitely recommend trying the Fazer chocolate 😋
