Is Taoyuan safe for women?
Very peaceful and beautiful town. Locals are always welcoming and courteous to lady foreigners. They have their certain stereotypes but being an Indian, I have enjoyed their hospitality. The town is safe to walk around, even in night. The public transport where I live is not so frequent, but I can take taxi to High Speed Train Station / Subway nearby to go other places.
