Hello, I am Esther :) I am always in for - a good conversation - an urban exploration including visiting lots of parks, bookstores and viewpoins - jam session - having some time to read my book - spending time in a cafe on my own or with friends drinking coffee (daytime) or beer (evening/night). Hi butterflies, I myself like to fly away to other places to meet other butterflies and beautiful people and their colors of traditions and cultures. But I also can really enjoy to stay in my cocoon and would love to welcome other butterflies and people, having a great time with them in my wonderful, social and green hometown. Even though I am born with a muscular disease and I am using a power wheelchair to move around, it absolutely doesn’t make me to stay in my cocoon all the time. On the contrary! I’m looking for the possibilities, and not the impossibilities. That’s my life motto! And independency with a physical disability is also a high priority in my undertaking life. :) Every year I’m making a trip to have a water sports holiday on a great lake (sailing, canoeing, rowing and even water skiing). When I’m in my hometown I love to be with my fellow butterfly friends to have a good fresh (vegetarian) meal and to enjoy their company. I can also really enjoy of the serenity of nature or writing my thoughts and feelings down on paper as poetry.

Hi! My name is Julie and I'm 29 years old, I'm currently traveling through Italy. I'm working some places as a wwoofer and also doing some nights in Airbnb's. I will be in Florence from the 25th of November until the 28th and in Rome from the 28th until the 2nd of december. Hiii! I'm Brazilian and have been living in The Netherlands for 4 years :) I share a flat with my (Swedish) girlfriend and we often travel together. I'm a political economist with interest in sustainability and feminist theory/literature/organizing! I'm not super much the party type but you can always convince me to go to a costume party or karaoke. I am super affectionate and love sharing moments with friends, old or new I do quite a lot of hitchhiking and couchsurfing and that's my usual preferred form of traveling! Is Netherlands safe for women?

Super safe city in the netherlands! There really little to worry about. But as a woman you still always have to be careful everywhere you go. I have never really felt in danger during the day, but at night because in the center you can feel a but unease because tourists sometimes come to Amsterdam for the wrong reasons (prostitution etc…)
