Goa
I’m a keen traveller exploring places one chance at a time. I love getting into the history of the places I visit and immerse myself in their present through walks. I love experiencing places by spending time taking long strolls.

Goa looks like a safe state, with different locations. There are a lot of security cameras in Anjuna Beach, for example. People don't usually walk, they all use motorcycles as a main source of transportation. The streets are dark by night.
Posted: March 20, 2025North Goa: Some parts are safer than the others; avoid Baga / Calangute areas alone at night. Stay in Parra/Siolim/Vagator. Great if you know how to ride a scooter. Perfect in small groups. Beaches from the Morjim - Mandrem stretch are the best in the North.
Posted: January 16, 2025Goa is pretty safe. Its a tourist attraction and very famous across India ang goa. The locals are safe and welcoming. Well cultured people. The road and public transport is pretty safe. I would suggest getting your own rented bike/car as the frequency is not that much. The infrastructure is pretty good.
Posted: December 31, 2024Goa, if you visit the right places is beautiful! One just needs to be alert as they should in all countries! Come during the shoulder season June to October for the best experience. Goa does get a lot of rowdy Indian tourist who aren’t the nicest people and the locals do not like them either.
