Well, I’m an introverted person, also suspect I have ADHD although it’s not prescribed but I check all the boxes which means I have swings of energy throughout the day. But I’m always easy to approach, I’m a good listener when I’m not in high energy mode, in which case I promise that I’m also a good listener it’s just that I need to move to release energy otherwise I can’t focus. Turns out I’m good in crisis due to the ADHD. If I don’t know something at the beginning I’ll start slow but as soon as I get the hang of it I’ll start pacing up and even finding ways to do it better. I’m open to vulnerability, I encourage people around me to be vulnerable around me if they need to and make sure they know it’s ok if they don’t want to. I always strive for honesty even when it’s hard for me. I’m responsable although since my mind goes kinda crazy I sometimes can be a bit messy but as soon as the hyperfocus kicks in I’m the tidiest person there is, if you have something similar happening to you would love some tips.

I'm a geological engineer and currently work as a technical support worker at a software development company, so I have plenty of freedom of movement. I love nature and outdoor activities: hiking, diving, camping, reading, and dancing. I'd love to meet strong women who want to explore my country and help them get to know it.

Oh hey you! Hope you're doing great today (whenever you read this hehe). I'm local 23 year old psychology student, a little bit introvert but with a great sense of humor. I would love to show you my city and culture, and share some cool experiences together. Also, I want to improve my English skills and practice my German. I'm addicted to cats, coffee, good wine and food xD I'm a huge fan of Shawn James (long life to rock) and kpop. So... let's hangout sometime! 😄 Our beaches are amazing! And would love to cook something local for u 😊

Hola soy May, mexicana que estudia en la Habana. Puedo mostrarles lugares lindos e ir con uds a comer o por unos tragos.
Havana, like any other place, has its good and bad neighborhoods. In some places you can walk confidently and in others you should be extra careful. At night, I wouldn’t walk alone or carry my phone carelessly at all times, because if opportunity presents someone could take advantage of this. I could walk alone at night if I had to but I would always try to have someone with me or avoid long distances if possible. Kidnap or murder are definitely not common it’s mostly robbery what worries me the most but with due precaution you can feel at ease about it. In this case I’m always happy to provide tips. Cuba has the nasty reputation of the place where women are “easy” to get due to historical reasons so it’s common to see people who are overly friendly to women but Cuban women have made ourselves be respected so even if you were to find a person who tries to harass you, you would be surrounded by people who would also not let that stand. If you are in trouble in Cuba, you can be sure that someone near you will help you or guide you in the right direction. Just need to make sure that the person you are choosing to trust is actually being helpful and not trying to take advantage of you. Because let’s be honest, in every corner of the world there’s one of those.
Posted: September 4, 2025Havana all in all is a safe city, compared to other LATAM cities. It used to be very safe, but this past few years it has gotten a bit dangerous. I wouldn't recommend walking alone at night or talking to strangers everywhere; most of them end up asking for money.
