About me

Heyy! I’m Aylin, 24 years old, and I quit my job in August 2024 to travel the world.🌍 I’m always curious about new countries and cultures. I’m a nature lover, a foodie, and always up for a little adventure! So far, this journey has brought me some unforgettable moments—like seeing Angkor Wat in real life or diving with sharks in the Philippines. But honestly, my favorite memories come from the amazing locals I’ve met along the way, who welcomed me into their everyday lives and gave me a deeper understanding of their culture.✨ I’m a mix of adventure-seeker and quiet soul. I love meaningful conversations and genuine connections, though I’m also quite introverted and appreciate some quiet time now and then. Partys and alcohol are not my thing. I’d describe myself as empathetic, respectful, easygoing, and tidy. Looking forward to connecting with like-minded travelers!🌞

About me

Hi :) I‘m Christina and 21 years old!🫧 I’m extremely organized, super spontaneous, and adventurous. I love being out in nature, and I’m a big fan of “marmalade-jar moments.”🫙✨ I enjoy traveling on a small budget and so far I’ve always traveled with friends. 🧳 Fun Fact: On almost all of my trips, my red Crocs with Pumbaa (from The Lion King) come along with me — as you can see in some of the photos. ;) 🐽🐗

Is Austria safe for women?

Vienna

Vienna is generally very safe. At night, it’s good to avoid the Prater park and Praterstern area, but otherwise it’s a safe city. Don’t fall for sob stories in train stations (“train fare” needed, fake pregnancies, people asking for directions and crowding you …), those are professional scammers. Bolt taxis offer a female driver service if needed.

Linz

I have done each of these things and nothing ever happened but let’s say the train station has some homeless people at night, I wouldn’t go chill in parks at night either, the volksgarten is known for the drug dealers that chill there… well and dark streets without light is also a no. Under daylight no reason to feel uncomfortable, even at night it’s quite okay, but trust your guts!!
