Is Shkodër safe for women?

Honestly I felt very safe The only part of the town that felt off was near the bridge on the way to the lake, there were some buildings in poor condition with not very nice men saying some stuff as I passed by. But I was on a bicycle (recommend the same, otherwise it’s too much to walk), and it didn’t bother it at all even though it was in the evening In the center of the town it was very good, also at night
