Is Durazno safe for solo female travelers?

Durazno is a small city in Uruguay, so everyone knows each other. However, over the last few years it has become more populated and in consequence a bit more dangerous. Personally, I wouldn’t say it is dangerous at all during the day but at night I don’t usually go out alone
