Is Koper / Capodistria safe for solo female travelers?

I have lived in Koper my whole life and it is a very safe town. The crime happening is unfortunately domestic. i have never felt unsafe walking around even going for walks by myself after dark. There aren’t many muggings either

It is very safe. I've been living here my whole life and I havent experienced many bad things. Sometimes you see homeless people but they arent dangerous just loud and talking to themselfs or asking for a cigarette. I have walked home at night since I was 14 and nothing bad happened never. Unless you find a drunk man asking you for a taxi there is really nothing special. I feel safe here.

It is a small city and feels very safe. Maybe when you are alone at night as a woman it can feel a bit scary in some parts of the city, but overall it has a very safe vibe. Especially the centre I am never worried about something happening to me.

Koper is a super safe city during the day. Maybe is just being parranoied but i dont like to go out at night even tho its supper safe but you never know. Stay safe ladies. Hobestly i think the worst thing that will happen to you is get your phone/wallet stolen but that has bever happend to ne before.
