Calm city, nothing special is going on here. Save to use public transport, it’s very good here for me. I have never been kidnapped. Any things from me were stolen or destroyed here. People are helpful, city have cameras everywhere. You can go with friends or alone for drinks of for some food and feel safe. Just calm small city.
