Because Haapsalu is so little, we don’t have much problems here. Streets are safe and walking in the city is safe, even in the dark. Don’t have any pickpockets nor people who would try to scam you in the streets to buy something. People are friendly and ready to help if needed. Almost everyone can speak English to some extent and can understand it.
