İn Baku it depends on where do you stay. If you stay in center you are 90% safe but back street this percentage falls to In our culture, there is a lot of respect for women. You can see a lot of positive discrimination here, but the biggest benefit of this is that you feel safe. No one will do anything to you outside and you can go out in the evenings comfortably, but you still need to be careful in the back streets. In the past, there might not have been this warning, but now there are some places where drug use has increased, and they are more in the back streets, such as Alatava and Ïcəmi. In other words, it is generally a safe city and no one dares to do anything even in those back streets because there are a lot of police.
Posted: March 23, 2025It is generally safe, of course there are regions where the rating is not very good, but even there it is completely safe. these are still districts far from the city center. I often return home at night, it's after nine in the evening and until twelve at night. Thefts and robberies do not happen very often. There are no restrictions on clothing, no one interferes, even if this is so, then people can stand up for you. In general, it's comfortable for me, I wear what I want, not very provocative, I do what I want, I go where I want.

Overall, Baku is a safe city. If you stay in crowded areas, there’s nothing to worry about. Being alone late at night might feel a bit unsafe, but during my time living in Baku, I haven’t encountered any negative situations.
Posted: February 11, 2025I think Baku is safe. People are harmless. They dont will hurt you physically. But maybe you can face some aggressive ones. Thats okey. They still cannot do anything to you. Other people always there for helping you about problems. You can ask questions on streets.

Compared to many cities, Baku is a very safe and comfortable city to live in. No matter what time of night you can easily go to the center or the market. People are very kind and helpful. It is a place where murder and similar incidents are rare.
Posted: February 8, 2025I think my city is safer than most of cities in the world. But of course there are bad people everywhere. My biggest advice is can be that if you walk in the city center you safe. Public places are good.
Posted: February 4, 2025People in Baku are very hospitable. People here are often polite to each other, especially to people who come to get to know our country. If no negative action is taken against someone, the probability of a problem is zero
Posted: February 2, 2025Baku is a safe city with low crime rates, especially in tourist areas. Public transport is reliable, and locals are friendly. As in any city, staying aware of your surroundings is always advised. Habib come to Baku 🫡

It was good; the food was amazing. I felt safe because it’s a Muslim country, and the people are good. Azerbaijan has beautiful nature, and what I love most are the food and the people. Baku is also beautiful; the night view of Baku is amazing.

Its indeed very disappointing to say that baku is not at all safe for women at night specially women who are travelling alone. Every men around you is obnoxious and would stare you as if he is going to rape you. Day 1 till day 5 most of the men i met were very vile and bad and all they would look at you as if they would rape you even try to eve tease you and if you revolt back they would make sure you learn a lesson for pointing out the inadequate behaviour of men towards you.

As a gym rat, I thrive on discipline and pushing my limits, but I also know how to keep things light and funny—I’m the one who can make you laugh mid-rep. I believe in working hard, having fun, and always presenting my best self.i know it’s not that important but my fav color is pink btw and my lucky number is 7 😅
