About me

I can describe myself as a citizen of the world. I love people, nature and animals. I want the people who will stay in my house as guests only to be people who take care of their personal care. Hygiene is very important. It will feel like at home. I'm staying with my family. There is a place for 2 people. Guests can have dinner with us. I don't want additional fees for this.

Is Antalya safe to travel?

Solo travel experience

It was my first time in Turkey, and I was looking for a quiet place during the low season, but with warm temperatures and the sea. I heard about Antalya because of a friend who also travelled on a low budget and I couldn't be more grateful and happy about this recommendation! I stayed in an Airbnb studio, really close to the center, 10 min walking from Mermerli beach, and I happily walked 30 minutes every day to Konyaaltı beach. I had the best time. I mostly ate at home but I could also go out to have dinner at a restaurant if I wanted because it was affordable. I paid 380 euros for one month, between food, a few tours and tickets I would say I spent + 700 EUR, I was travelling from Norway. I felt safe the whole trip but I was not partying, I was only out during the day until 9 or 10 PM at most. I would definitely recommend visiting Antalya in low season because it's less crowded, the weather is still warm and you will meet very nice people!

Couple travel experience

In Antalya I was with my husband, but I think it's a very safe city, because they're good guardians and people was very nice to me. Dogs are more scared me at all :) don't go out in a night alone, think it's not a good idea.

About Me

Hey, I’m Gaby! I’m 25yo and wanting to see most of the world and learn all languages at the same time (but failing in most 😂), I work in marketing so I’m basically the stereotype of that: communicative and friendly, never afraid to do anything by myself if I want I to and no one wants to come together. It will be nice to meet you!

Is Antalya worth visiting?

Solo travel experience

I went to Antalya/ Manavgat for Camping. İt was an event at the camping place. Antalya is turistic city of Turkey especially in the summer season. The nature, beach, weather and foods everything is amazin. But I can say that it's not a cheap city because of interest of turists. Obviously they have a point :)

Couple travel experience

We stayed in an airbnb in Muratpaşa and it was really nice. We could order really good food via app. People were friendly. There are many mosques to pray in. Also a lot of supermarkets and places to shop. The beaches are mostly run by hotels, so we didn't feel free to go to any beach. But we liked to go for a walk to the harbor.
