I’m Melinda, a 32 y/o phd student (in law), and assistant professor (in health sociology) from Hungary, University of Szeged; but I’m a crazy, three hugging redhead too. I’m a pianist, and sociologyst at the same time. Heeeey!!I’m Lara 🙋♀️ I’m 17 and basically obsessed with everything international — travel, cultures, languages, people… you name it. ✈️🌍 Every chance I get, I’m either planning my next trip or already packing for one.I’ve been traveling regularly with my family since I was a kid (Spain is our second home at this point 🇪🇸💛), and solo travel doesn’t scare me either — I spent a whole year in Italy as a foreign exchange student, and honestly? It changed my life. completely. That year taught me so much — how to be independent, confident, and flexible in new situations. I came back speaking fluent Italian 🇮🇹 and with even more motivation to explore the world. I’m also fluent in English (C1) and currently working on my Spanish, because let’s be real, languages open doors😉😉 I’m active, curious, super social, and I always try to bring positive vibes wherever I go 🌞. I'm an idealist and can get interested in almost anything. I spent 6 summers working in American summer camps, so the US is kind of a second home for me. I'm a bookworm, I always have (at least) a book with me, and I also love swimming and hiking. My new passion is Formula 1 and cars in general apparently. I'd like to try as much things as possible, because we have just one life and we should live according to that. If we miss a chance to do something, it might never come back, and we will regret it for a life. When I was like 8 or 9, I had the chance to try a hang-glider (I'm not sure this is the right word, but the dictionary says it is), but I was to scared. That's one of my biggest regrets, so now I try out everything even if it's scary or even if I don't feel like trying it at that moment. (UPDATE: I went to ride a hang-glider last year, so it is no longer a regret as I learnt from the experience. :) )

Easily one of my favourite cities I’ve ever been to. You can’t look anywhere without being in awe somehow. Only spent two nights here but really wish it were longer. I’ll be coming back to Budapest soon I know it.
