I went with a group of friends but I personally felt very safe there, even late at night in the streets. The city is very beautiful with plenty of places to visit, whether it be the basiliaca, market, thrift shops or cafes- I was not disappointed nor bored at all in my 5 day stay. I would definitely come back for a solo trip!
