Bosnia and Herzegovina, Solo travel
I spent one week in Bosnia and Herzegovina mid September 2025. I stayed a couple of days in Sarajevo for city sightseeing and the rest hiking on the mountains: Prenj, Treskavica, Lukomir hike, Trebevic. I totally recommend!! Mountains are mezmerising, especially Prenj. People are extremely hospitable, friendly and polite. I felt totally safe as solo female traveller all the time during my stay. A special mention: I stayed the last two nights of my trip in the village of Umoljani, the accommodation is called Koliba Umoljani. Owners are so warm hearted and their breakfast is out of this world delicious! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
