Mostar, from the second I stepped foot in this city i felt like i was home, Sarajevo as well but i stayed most of the trip in Mostar, extremely friendly people, and very safe for solo female travellers, you can stay up til the morning just walking around and exploring the peacefulness of the old bridge and yet feel the safest! Beautiful sights and not bad nightlife (underground) .
