Is Anuradhapura safe for solo female travelers?

Anuradhapura is largely considered safe for solo female travelers. Like any travel destination, it's important to stay cautious and aware of your surroundings. Daytime exploring is generally safe, and as long as standard precautions are taken (i.e., not walking alone at night in desolate areas), you should be able to navigate the area confidently.
