Is Cameron Highlands worth visiting?

Group travel

I travelled with my friend, who's also a woman. There was rarely a moment where I felt unsafe, although we made sure to be back by dark. It's a lovely place to go to get away from the hustle, bustle and heat of the country, though there is not as much to do. Would definitely recommend trekking and visiting the tea plantations! Other activities include strawberry picking and visiting various animal/insect farms. Beware about getting ripped off by cab drivers, and invest in your accommodation (read the reviews!!)
