Is Swords Safe for Solo Female Travelers?

Its safe overall, never had any issues, but as everywhere precautions should be taken at weekends at nights. Crime is low,but sometimes teenager gangs hanging around and do whatever they want as until 18 yoa, they are untraceable

I’ve been here for a month now and nothing has happened, not experienced any harassment or anything like but there’s always a risk so yeah you can never be too sure but nothing has happened to me yet.

Swords is a fairly small town and I've never felt too unsafe there. Sometimes there are groups of teenagers that can yell or be intimidating but they are usually fine. After dark, it's still reasonably safe feeling.
