Some areas are safe while others are not. Stick to the village or the shopping centre. Do not go towards Mulhuddart or Clonsilla alone, especially at night. There are sometimes groups of teenage boys that hang around at night. Try to avoid them as they might harrass you. Other than that, mostly safe.
