I think it depends on which area you’re going to, if you go to crowded places it is safer (you won’t get assaulted or kidnapped) but also you have more risks of getting robbed. In general never walk alone at night, always have someone with you just in case. If you have lots of tattoos, it’s also better to show them all as it can intimidate the men.

It depends on the area. Mostly the city is moderate, just be mindful when walking around the street when using your cellphone. Goes the same with during commuting. Always keep your wallet in the safe part of the bag, don’t put it on your back.
