How safe is Cayman Islands for solo female travelers?

Grand Cayman, Family travel

Absolutely loved it here as a first time out of my home country. You can walk just about anywhere from wherever you are staying and if it’s too far the bus service is very casual and friendly and the seats are very comfortable. Tons of stuff to do to fill your days, Went for about a week and was able to do almost everything on my list

How safe is Cayman Islands for women?

Grand Cayman

Very safe overall. There are some places where you have to be more careful but generally crime is low and limited to petty crimes. Roads are sometimes a bit unsafe as some drivers speed. I feel safe when navigating the island alone.

Cayman Islands

Very safe probably one of safest places I've seen in Caribbean. Only post COVID we really started seeing some increase in crime but nothing crazy - petty theft mostly in lower income residential areas but no pickpocketing or other stuff.

Grand Cayman

Overall, Grand Cayman is a very safe island, I’ve lived here my whole life and haven’t been worried about being robbed, kidnapped, or murdered. Pickpocketing does happen on occasion, but it’s very rare. Of course like any other country I advise a bit of caution.
