I'm a Filipino living in Tashkent. Apparently, here in Tashkent registration is required and I am just renting so we advise our guests if you're staying for more than 3 days to stay in hotels or business apartments and hostels so you won't have a problem with your registration of stay here. But i love talking to strangers to learn more about their culture

It was my first ever trip to abroad with my female friends, and I can say that it was amazing, successful trip. We felt safe during the travelling, Uzbek people were so nice to us, they were kind, helpful, lovely doesn’t matter of the gender. As far as I was the 4th year university student , my budget was only 100$, and in Uzbekistan you can feel yourself as millionaire with that amount of money😅 we travelled from Almaty to Tashkent during the Nauryz holidays. We started from the most famous restaurant- BesQozan, tried the legendary plov, somsa) we saw lovely park nearby there. People were so nice, they didn’t speak in English or Russian , cause I think they appreciated their own languages, culture. We’ve been there for 3 days , and it was unforgettable. Off course it wasn’t enough for us to deeply explore the city, we wanted also go to other historical cities like : Samarkand . But I can confidently say that I’d recommend this city - Tashkent to everyone, in group, solo, it’s really worth it😌
