I lived 3 months in Tunisia, Tunis so I decided to go one day in Bizerte to meet another vegan friend. We didn’t do much.We ate and drank something.There s a special dish vegan friendly called lablebi sandwich. Food is very affordable. The sea amazing. I bought some music CD which I adore. 
Usually the taxi is shared and inexpensive.But you need more local guidance.
