About me

Hey! I'm a Malaysian woman who came back from a life changing first ever solo backpacking trip around Chile pre-Covid and is ready to be packing once more to explore the world! I've been lucky enough to be able to couchsurf and hosted by so many great individuals. I've hosted many sisters on Host A Sister (FB group) ever since CF became a paid service. I've now downloaded this app to connect with incredible women from all over! I'm an easy going person. I enjoy knowing the cultural similarities (and differences) between people with a simple conversation. I'm a lover of all things that give me a sense of escapism - music, nature, movies etc. I've grown to enjoy solo travelling and I can't wait to get acquainted with you!

About me

I enjoy the outdoor, love my peace and quiet but also enjoy making new friends. I recently decided to take a long break from work and will be traveling a lot more and for longer period than before, so am hopeful to meet the locals and perhaps go for hike or walk or just grab a cuppa. Buzz me when you are in KL, I would love to be able to show you Malaysia as the locals see it.

Is Malaysia safe for female travelers?

Kuala Lumpur, Solo travel

I was lucky enough to be hosted by my Chinese friend in Puchong. We would get around by car. I wouldn't recommend walking because there are not many places to walk to. As a European it was quite a shocking thing. I love walking. If you want to have fun, there are organised activities to visit the jungle, or you could just chill at the numerous shopping malls around the city. Malaysian Ringgits are weak, so 40 euros were 200 MYR. Food is great. Please try Durian, it's a smelly fruit, either you love it or hate it 😄
