Cairo is so full of life and it never sleeps. It's kinda safe but you'll get scammed even if you're a non resident local just like myself π It's not my first time to go, and I went to lots of historical places before (sorry for not attaching the pics of them, I lost them, haha) and it's too magical! It takes you back to the place's era

Cairo is a wonderful city, full of monuments and places to visit. Luckily I met some locals that took my friend and I to different places and took care of everything. Even if it was a great trip I have to admit that the safety was not the best. Especially as a woman. I felt watched and followed by men. I never went outside alone, and I will not try. Nothing happened to me but I would feel quite unsafe if I were on a solo trip. Also, everyone tries to scam tourists. Although the feeling is safety is not the best. Egyptians are still really nice and some are really helpful.
