My name is Ilef, I’m 20 years old, and I’m passionate about creativity, nature, and community work. I enjoy painting, planting, gardening, writing, and organizing, and I’m a strong communicator. I speak English and Arabic fluently, have a good level of French and Italian, and I’m currently learning Turkish. I love working with children and have hands-on experience with animals and plants, as I own two horses, chickens, ducks, cats, and dogs, alongside running my own flower shop and an online thrift store. I have volunteered in several programs in Tunisia, and now I’m excited to volunteer abroad to seek new adventures, connect with new people, and contribute to the community.

Hi everyone 🤗. So I'm starting with the things I think you should know about me. I'm an atheist and a pro-palestinien🇵🇸🇵🇸. I'm trying to revive the amazigh (to everyone who doesn't know what that is: it's the indigenous people of North Africa who predate the Arab arrival in the region) culture in my own way. I support the LGBTQ+ community, human rights and gender equality. Finally, i love crafting and learning all kinds of art, music and fashion.

Hiiii!! Curious and open-minded, I love meeting new people and discovering different cultures. I enjoy good conversations, traveling, and sharing laughs. Looking to connect with amazing people around the world and create great memories together. This is me 💞
Tunis is overall safe if you dress with the cultural context in mind, as a born and raised Tunisian I have never experienced anything in this city that has made me seriously consider it has a safety issue. As they tell you in other capitals in the public transport: don’t use your phone, be mindful of your belongings!
Posted: October 14, 2025If you don’t know Tunisia, let me tell you: it’s one of the safest countries in the region for women. Here, we have strong laws that protect us against violence, and there are centers where women can go if they need help or support. In the streets, schools, and workplaces, you will always see many women active and present, which makes daily life feel more open and secure. Of course, no place is without challenges, but Tunisia really tries to create an environment where women can feel safe, respected and free
